What happens after my contract expires?

When your contract expires, we would like to discuss the next steps together. Do you want to enter into a new lease? Then we would like to look at the possibilities and what we can do for you.

Send an email to info@hertlease.be and let us know which Profile Center you want the tires to be moved to. We will make sure the tires get there.
Are you unable to drive any further? Then contact the brand assistance. They will help you on the spot or, if necessary, fit a spare wheel. You must return this spare wheel to an approved garage of your car brand after the repair of your tire.
Are you able to drive any further? Then try to pump up the tire yourself first and check whether the tire pressure remains correct. If this is not the case, you must make an appointment with Profile.
Make an appointment at Carglass or AGC. The repair will be invoiced directly to the insurance company.
Please unilaterally fill out an accident form and forward it to insurance@hertlease.be. If desired, you can file a report with the police and you may also forward this.
You may drive the car to all countries covered by the insurance (see insurance certificate). Please note that some employers have listed certain restrictions in their Car Policy. Please contact the employer for this.
The assistance provides a replacement car for 3 days.
If you have insurance through Hertlease, a replacement car will be provided for the entire repair period.
This is not included in the lease of the car. If you still want a replacement car, you must pay for it yourself and possibly reclaim it via your employer according to the Car Policy.
Only persons living under the same roof (or to be agreed according to company Car Policy)
1. If you inform us that you want to have a charging station installed, we will review your file and take care of the installation in collaboration with Certipower.

2. The costs of the charging station will be included in your car contract. Any additional costs for the installation are at your own expense.

3. As soon as the charging station has been installed, Certipower will activate it so that you can immediately use your charging solution.
